Join us to learn about preparing your body to play as well as focusing on recovery.
What To Bring:
- A 2025 Northwestern Softball Camp Release Form (some will be available at check in)
- Bring any gear you would use in a game.
- Tennis shoes, turfs, or plastic cleats are acceptable for our indoors.
- Your own lunch/snacks. Water and Gatorade will be provided.
